After the 30-day period, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.

If you choose to cancel or stop participating in the course after the 30-day refund period, no further refunds will be issued, and any remaining installment payments will continue as scheduled unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Albany County, NY
